1. The customer has the right to return the goods purchased in the store up to 14 calendar days from receiving the shipment on the terms described in the Act of 2 March 2000. on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271, as amended)

  5. We do not accept parcels sent by cash on delivery or the “e-shipment” service.
  6. The return procedure applies only to goods that have original tags and do not bear visible signs of use beyond the ordinary management (possibility of familiarizing yourself with the item).
  7. Failure to comply with the above recommendations will be the basis for not considering the return of the goods.
  8. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.
  9. After we receive the parcel, within a maximum of 5 working days, you will receive information from us whether the return has been accepted or not, if it has been accepted, you will receive a transfer to the account provided in the form you completed.
  10. If you send us a package via Poczta Polska, keep the proof of postage – this will be the basis for your complaint in the event of loss of the package.

Exchange

  1. The exchange of goods is possible provided that we have the product you need in stock. Please contact us by phone for replacement at tel:730-390-552 (the hotline is open Monday to Friday from 15:00-19:00).
  2. If we have the product / size you need, we will send it to you at no extra cost. Download the exchange form , print it and fill in: exchange_form.pdf
  3. If we do not have a given size, you can simply send back the purchased item and we will refund your money to your account. If you like something different or need a different size -re-order.

Complaints

  1. In accordance with the law, you have the right to make a complaint about the purchased goods.

  5. After receiving the parcel, you will receive an e-mail confirming its receipt.
  6. The complaint will be considered within 14 calendar days.
  7. In the event of a justified complaint, the store will reimburse any transaction costs incurred by the customer.
  8. Transaction costs are refunded by bank transfer.
  9. Complaints regarding the difference in the appearance of the goods ordered and received, which result from the difference in the settings of the Customer’s monitor parameters, in particular the difference in colors and shades, shall not constitute grounds for a complaint.
  10. Complaints are considered in accordance with the Act of June 27, 2002. on special terms and conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176, as amended).
  11. The store is not responsible for the non-compliance of the consumer goods with the contract if the buyer knew about this non-compliance or, judging reasonably, should have known.
  12. Complaints are not subject to:
    1. natural wear and tear of the product
    2. mechanical damage
    3. apparent defects visible upon receipt of the package, and not reported immediatel after their discovery
    4. discoloration
    5. getting wet
